背景：研究证明，胎盘中含有丰富的造血干细胞，而目前恶性血液病及其他许多需要造血干细胞治疗的疾病，都面临造血干细胞来源有限等一系列亟待解决的问题。
/ [, W% P {* m2 q6 x1 T+ u% G, Z 目的：综述近年来与胎盘造血干细胞相关的国内外文献研究及其最新进展。
3 J# m" H+ U3 }" l 方法：计算机检索 PubMed数据库和中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)于2005年1月至2013年11月发表的有关胎盘造血干细胞的临床与基础实验研究，检索关键词分别为“placenta，hematopoietic stem cell”和“胎盘，造血干细胞”，排除发表时间较早或重复研究。
9 d5 p4 n, t; m, \/ v" f L 结果与结论：胎盘是一个高度血管化器官，在孕期介导胎儿母体之间的物质交换。近年来越来越多的研究逐渐表明，胎盘还是造血干细胞的来源之一，在造血干细胞的发生发展方面扮演重要的角色，并且相对于其他造血干细胞来源有其独特的优势。动物实验已经证实其在血液学临床应用和再生医学中有不可替代的重要作用，还需要更深一步的基础及临床试验以期优化并扩展胎盘造血干细胞的临床应用。. b y6 O2 ?' m7 k

BACKGROUND: Studies have shown that the placenta contains a large number of hematopoietic stem cells. The limited supply of hematopoietic stem cells and other problems for therapeutic application are considered as the challenges in treating patients with hematopoietic malignancies and other diseases., Z6 L) z& o/ X2 \, h4 P: l) N( b# X
OBJECTIVE: To review the research progress of placental hematopoietic stem cells.
5 P7 z/ f, l wMETHODS: A computer-based online search was performed in the PubMed database and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database for the clinical and basic experimental research papers on placental hematopoietic stem cells published from January 2005 to November 2013. The key words were “placenta, hematopoietic stem cell” in Chinese and English. The articles published earlier and repetitive researches were excluded.
0 ~( R6 G8 h& c7 a5 Y* nRESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The placenta is a highly vascularized hematopoietic tissue that is important in the exchange of oxygen, nutrients and waste products between the foetus and mothers. In recent years, increasing studies have indicated that the placenta is also a source of hematopoietic stem cells and plays an important role in the development of hematopoietic stem cells. Compared to other sources of hematopoietic stem cells, the placenta has its unique advantages. Animal experiments have indicated that it plays an irreplaceable role in clinical applications in hematology and regenerative medicine. Undoubtedly, further basic and clinical trials in order to optimize and extend the placental blood stem cells in clinical applications are still needed. |
