Abstract: Stem cells are specialized cell types in the embryonic and adult tissue. They have the ability of long

) y4 g3 Z9 G  G$ m( ~. L8 [cells from different origin have different differentiation potential. Embryonic stem cells derived from early preimplantation
) ~) c* p, n0 M+ a2 M) m9 K4 k9 `6 C- t) cembryo have the capacity to differentiate into all cell types in the body and could infinitely) H9 [" G; p5 O+ j' j
proliferate in vitro, which are considered to be one of the most valuable stem cells for future clinical application! |' n  e$ ]& \; K' d
and research purpose. Adult stem cells exist in various adult tissues and organs and play a role in maintaining
